Customization Period: As all our products are custom-made to your specifications, please allow 7 business days for production.
Processing Time: After production, orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping (United States):
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days after processing.
- Express Shipping: Delivery within 3-4 business days after processing.
International Shipping:
- Standard International Shipping: Delivery within 7-8 business days after processing.
- Express International Shipping: Delivery within 3-5 business days after processing.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and customs procedures.

3. Shipping Rates

Domestic Shipping:
- Standard Shipping: $50 for orders over $300-$500; $5 flat rate for orders under $300.
- Express Shipping: $100 flat rate.
International Shipping:
- Standard International Shipping: $800 flat rate.
- Express International Shipping: $100 flat rate.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your order status on our website or through the carrier's tracking portal.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
